Anti Virus for This CORONA Virus !!

Twisty title yet again!! It took me long enough, but back with one more blog. "Don't worry the above pics are not of an advertisement but are being used as a way to make one realize, the importance of this Antivirus not just in computers but human life as well, (as an advantage). Rather than assuming oneself to be home stuck and cursing which is ultimately not gonna be of any use lets use this opportunity to rejuvenate our confidence.

Now now... by rejuvenating let's not go for "Polishing the Banister".Just kidding let's go with something productive.
So here I have for you some ways through which we might rejuvenate and use this virus CORONA to our advantage:


1)  Clearing whats before oneself:
Many of us face this issue where we want to do a lot or be unsurpassed or be the best we can. Ready to work as hard as possible but still we fail. So now that we are house locked and have ample time for self-reflection lets write all our aims or motives and work towards it. As having one's ambition written in front and reading it regularly helps one to drive towards it with all force.

2)  Become positive :
Every morning you get up tell yourself "I am INVINCIBLE !" loudly without being shy about it. Because initially it might sound like a joke but trying this out every day is what would make one feel the change. The reason being very simple, many of us underestimate ourselves and overestimate others. Thus, by regularly saying it aloud we get over this feeling of inferiority.

3) Find positivity in everything :
Rather than pinpointing what someone or something lacks let watch out their strengths and try to inculcate them in ourselves. Because thinking of negativity leads one to nowhere and ultimately makes one feel low about his/her surroundings and feel demotivated.

4) Exercise :
A very common yet most widely ignored strength which can be developed. Now exercise needn't be only with weights thinking of which many times make one lazy but let's go with YOGA (whose importance has already been shown to us by our PM Narendra Modi). Let us start with simple and easy to do Asanas and once our body opens up we can keep increasing the intensity.

5) Grab a book :
Confidence can be developed or cultivated by firstly improving one's Vocabulary. Wonder why Dr. Shashi Tharoor looks so confident once he speaks?? All thanks to these hand-sized mind medications called books.

6) Read newspaper or article daily:
Keeping one up to date is yet another way of cultivating confidence which one lost or plans to achieve. Because GK can not just be used while typing but while talking and this can be used to make one's content genuine and profound.

7) Choose a RoleModel:
Each one of us has a role model or a person we want to be like in the future. Thus, rather than searching for good qualities randomly on the internet it would be better if you follow the hobbies, extra activities practiced by our model and try being like them.

8) Being of use to the nation: 
This is a true fact, when one feels his/her importance then he/she gains confidence automatically. Our usefulness and literacy or awareness would lead to the betterment of our society. Thus, by improving oneself we tend to lead improvement in our society also. Thus this feel should always be with you that you are also important.

9) Start blogging/making videos:

One of the main reasons I started to blog was that I wanted to create a difference, if not on a large scale now it might turn large later. But rather than criticizing the wrong deeds lets try coming up with a solution and help in overcoming the crisis. This not just helps you in reaching out to the people but also acts as one's identity as your thought and views are being shown to the world through blogs or videos. Thus, adding a positive quality in oneself.



10) Remember the antivirus:
Felt the antivirus pictures were of not much importance here it is, I used them to acts as a reminder... So whenever we feel depressed or demotivated and sit cursing this CORONA virus. These pictures should flash in front of us and remind us about the above-written content and help us not waste our time and use this time in rejuvenating.
